Change of Mind Return

Legally we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind, but that’s not our style, so where possible we will do our best to exchange your purchase providing, of course, subject to the conditions below.

  1. You must notify us within 30 days of purchase of a change of mind return.
  2. Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
  3. Items are in original undamaged and saleable condition including header cards and plastic bags.
  4. The item was not discounted in any way, this includes if the item was part of a larger discounted order.
  5. Please contact us if you would like to return your order. Please keep in mind that it is not a requirement of a retailer to accept a return for change of mind, it is a gesture of goodwill.

 

Exceptions to our Change of Mind Policy

  • Personalisation

Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for change of mind.

  • Perishable items

Confectionary and other perishable items cannot be returned due to health reasons.

 

 Other Returns – Consumer Guarantees

The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guarantees when they buy goods and services.  If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange

You must provide proof of purchase and notify us within 30 days of purchase to make a claim and Beloons reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

 

Returns Procedure

To organise a return or refund please contact the store by phone or email with the following

  1. Order number or receipt number
  2. Date of order
  3. A photo of the item/s with the issue if it’s damaged or faulty.
  4. Description of issue

 

We will be in touch within 24 hours to provide further assistance and the outcome of our investigation.

Where a refund is provided this will be refunded to the same method as payment was made and this will take approximately 7 days. I.e. if you pay by MasterCard the refund will be provided to the MasterCard used to make the purchase.

 

Balloons & Decorating Services

If decorations are damaged or destroyed while they are in our care, we will gladly replace them at our cost (e.g. if a latex helium balloon pop’s while we are onsite decorating a venue, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you). We will not be held responsible for any costs or damages caused either directly or indirectly as a result of decorations that become damaged or destroyed during or after they are in your care (or your venue’s care).
